Introduction

Welcome to Deanie Robertson Coaching, operated by DEANIE ROBERTSON COACHING LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”). We provide life and mindset coaching by phone and video call. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of deanie.highlevelhub.com, our website chat and any services offered through them (together, the “Services”), including any text messages you may receive from us.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We may change these Terms at any time and will post the updated Terms on this website. Your continued use of the website means you accept the Terms in effect at the time.

Use of the website

By using this website, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

Coaching is not therapy

Coaching is not therapy, counseling or medical care, and it doesn't replace them. Information on this website is for general education. Results vary from person to person, and you are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

Text messaging terms

By opting in to receive text messages from Deanie Robertson Coaching, you agree to the following terms:

Business identity

Deanie Robertson Coaching (DEANIE ROBERTSON COACHING LLC) sends text messages to keep you informed about replies to your questions, Results Conversation and session reminders and confirmations, coaching program updates, coaching tips, workshop and event notifications, offers, and other communications related to our coaching services. Program name: Deanie Robertson Coaching Text Messages.

How you opt in

You opt in through our website chat, which has two separate checkboxes: one for non-marketing messages about your conversations and sessions, and one for marketing messages. Neither is checked for you.

Message frequency

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive recurring messages, with frequency varying based on your engagement status, scheduled sessions and preferences. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Opt-out instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to +1 435-557-4446. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Sessions and scheduling

Complimentary Results Conversations and coaching sessions are scheduled with Deanie by phone or video call. We work to keep scheduled times but can't guarantee availability within a specific window. Paid coaching programs are governed by a separate coaching agreement, which you'll receive before you begin.

Intellectual property

All content on our Services, including logos, images, text and the M.O.R.E. framework materials, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.

Testimonials and feedback

If you send us feedback or a testimonial, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display and reproduce it. We will never publish anything that identifies you without your permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

Our website and chat are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, about their operation or availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the website or chat.
