Text messaging: terms and consent

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Deanie Robertson Coaching, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages (for example, replies to your questions, Results Conversation and session reminders and confirmations, coaching program updates, coaching tips, workshop and event invitations and offers) at the mobile number provided. You opt in through the checkboxes in our website chat: one for non-marketing messages about your conversations and sessions, and a separate one for marketing messages. Neither is checked for you. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving services.

Message frequency: Message frequency may vary based on your engagement status, interactions, scheduled sessions and preferences.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Information sharing and disclosure

All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
